The Hackathon is a competitive event where teams of students from Webster University in Tashkent collaborate to develop a unique project within a limited time frame. This year, the focus will be on developing innovative solutions and creative ideas, using coding and design.

Only current Webster University students are eligible to participate in the Hackathon.

It is open to all majors offered at Webster University Tashkent.

Each team must have:
A minimum of 2 members.
A maximum of 4 members.

You are responsible for finding your own teammates. Each team must include at least one member who is able to code. Additionally, someone from the team should know how to use GitHub, as all projects will need to be published on GitHub for review.

Registration is open from 27 September to 10 October. Be sure to register your team within this period.

The Hackathon will officially begin after the registration period ends. Once teams are finalized, you can start working on your projects.

The project pitching will take place on 2 November. This will be the day teams present their final projects to the panel of judges.

The project idea must be unique—creativity is key! Your code must be uploaded to GitHub, with access provided to the event organizers for evaluation.

At least one team member must have coding skills, as the project requires technical development. Additionally, someone should know how to use GitHub to submit the final project.

No, you must join as part of a team. However, you can connect with other students to form a team during the registration period.

There is no set limit on the number of teams, but each team must meet the outlined requirements for participation.
